Safety
For most drivers safety is of paramount importance.
When driving normally drivers are well protected via such products as seat belts,
air bags, ABS brakes, crumple zones, side impact bars etc.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said whilst drivers are reversing. A recent study
showed that over 37% of all insurance claims were caused whilst reversing.
Sadly some of these accidents were serious and in some cases fatal.
Why XVISION?
There is no question that all drivers are very conscious of the rising cost of driving
and the last thing any of us need is an unexpected cost or bill.
Reversing accidents or even scrapes cost on average £500 and even though you
are insured most drivers have an excess that they have to pay of around £250

when reversing. They are also useful for drivers who like to face the front when
manoeuvring to keep an eye on wing mirrors etc.
The display version also informs the driver of which side the obstruction is on.
The display unit can be installed on the dashboard or in the headlining near the
rear view mirror in the case of front systems or in the headlining at the rear in
the case of rear systems.
